Without obstacles, merit is not born.
Without obstacles, merit is not ripe.
We will attain goodness, purity and liberation
Through the practice of persistence, perseverance and letting go.
Keep on such a practice till the mind realizes the way things are.
So, the mind will be firm and normal at last
